This is an awesome place and Jed does a great job of helping you get that body back in line!! Years of working out with little to no stretching or flexibility training has left me with some definite pains, lol but thanks to Jed for being there to get me back on track!! If your not including this as a part of your regimen to maintain a healthier lifestyle you should certainly consider it!! Prevention is far less expensive than the inevitable!! His knowledge and ability is incredible!!!
