Was possibly judge on appearances and informed I didn't need to be there to get the insurance company to settle when I never mentioning anything about the insurance company. Then I was refused treatment due to he didn't think it was possible for injury due to accident even though I mentioned so and the doctor never examined me. Poor experience. And poor professionalism on dr. part.
The staff were very pleasant to talk to and the massage itself was a great experience
