Ashley is so unprofessional - on two different occasions she has cancelled my appointment at the last minute without offering reasonable rescheduling options or showing any bit of concern for me as a client and my own schedule. This is clearly NOT someone who is serious about growing their business. Would not recommend and will not be returning to her in the future.

I heard all about this place. Ashley was gossiping about everyone in Pittsburgh business. It seems really unprofessional. Way too talkative and less concerned about finishing clients hair. Perfect place if you have all day. She takes several breaks to gossip and eat throughout the day.

Ashley is unprofessional, she let me knock and call the salon phone number (that she was using for a personal call) for 10 minutes, heard me knocking didn’t answer and I called like 10 times no answer. She finally opened the door after 10 minutes and ran back up the steps.
