Had an issue with a product. Was to to contact them through WhatsApp and they responded once per day and then stopped. I have no clue if my issue is being dealt with. I must have spent close to $1500 with them and they can't bother to answer a text. I will definitely buy my parts elsewhere for now on.
I had an excellent experience with Accessory International. Their response time on both WhatsApp and email was outstanding, and they were always helpful with my questions. Ordered a custom fairing from here online for my 2019 harley heritage classic and it turned out perfect simple to install better then expect and in a very timely manner and always got back to me when I had a question about my order
These clowns said they had a Nor7e in stock but sent me a used, floor display mode (probably the one they made their YouTube video with). It came missing the M9 rear hand screw that keeps the water out of the power lead to the back of the satnav. Also there was a dead pixel top middle of the screen. Beware when they list an item as “5-10 days processing” that actually means “back ordered”.
