Acces Blood Bank helped to save my dog's life about 5 years ago. Zeus had bloat and required emergency surgery and luckily he was able to receive blood from a very gracious dog. Zeus lived a very happy and healthy life for another five years. I plan to get my new dog Lily tested to be a donor soon. I will never forget what a blessing it was to have that emergency blood available for my dog Zeus when he needed it. Thank you Acces Blood Bank! ((HUGS))
The care my dog received here was fairly standard, but I have high standards as Angell Memorial in Boston is my only other animal hospital experience (and they are tops). The vets themselves seem quite good (by far the best part of the experience), the staff moderate (some were very friendly and helpful, some less so), and the facility seemed okay. We have been going to Acces since we moved here in 2007. They are kind and professional. Truly caring and thoughtful especially when dealing with critical situations. Special thanks to Dr. Walker, Yvonne and Melissa as well as all the others who helped out. We are so thankful to you all.
Our dog, Bo loves to donate. The staff is fantastic! Bo really enjoys all the lovin' he gets, the tasty treats (based on my observations ;) and picking a new toy each time he goes in. My kids also think it is pretty cool that he helps save lives.
