RecommendedCame here on a Sunday when my cat was sick. He isn’t the easiest guy to deal with, but everyone was so kind and helped him with not one, but two life threatening blockages. They even kept him for a few extra days when I had a family emergency out of town to make sure he would continue recovering safely. Thank you Blue Pearl! 💙
This was literally the worst animal hospital I’ve ever been to. We had 2 dogs, one of which got into a bottle of dog medication but we didn’t know which one. We went to Blue Pearl at 2am and the incompetent staff told us not to induce vomiting and come in. We were then left in an empty waiting room for 2 hours with no staff members at the desk and the staff we did encounter were extremely rude. BluePearl was the only emergency vet open on Friday night of memorial day weekend that would take a rabbit. They were very kind and went above and beyond to save my rabbit from an ivermectin overdose. Even getting ahold of a exotic vet at 3:30am on a Saturday. They gave her fluid and sent me home with oxbow critical care and it definitely saved her life.
Blue Pearl creates the illusion that they care about animals and humane treatment, but all they really care about is money. My cat Thor was missing for 2 weeks. By some miracle, he was able to drag himself back home with a broken back, probably hit by a car. Severely dehydrated, I gave him a small amount of food and liquid and rushed him to Blue Pearl. We had excellent service today when we had to have our dog euthanized. Our regular vet was not open, being Sunday, and we didn't want to wait another day because he was in distress. All staff that we had contact with were compassionate and caring. The private room was clean and calming. Overall we were very impressed with everything, in this sad and stressful time.
When my son was given a cost of 6k for a procedure his dog needed he then had to ask the cost to have his animal put down. He was not given any other options other then being felt he was the bad one for asking ... he then paid them 100$ for their time ? We had notes from our vet all they had to do was look over what we brought and quote us Expensive 20 minutes I’m only sharing this information to others in a situation for their pet ... treat healthcare for your animals the same. We came here this past Saturday night when our puppy got very ill. We love Blue Pearl’s approach - they give you options vs just doing something and charging you later.
They took care of our Cali when nobody else could ... very friendly staff that made us comfortable and at ease ... I highly recommend Blue Pearl and will thank them everyday I see my dog running around happy.
