They are randomly closed on days they say they will be open in order to receive follow up care in multiple step situations that have a time line. They also do not train new staff members in procedures in a timely manner. I will be driving to trotwood from now on to go elsewhere now that I have to restart my tb skin Test for class due to random closings of this facility.
Refused to see me when there was 15 min left until they closed and was told they saw their last patient at 4:30 because we close at 5....that does not make any sense to and shouldn’t be allowed to refuse someone if the office is still open I will not be going back to a place where they refuse to help people
RecommendedWould recommend them as they were very nice and efficient. Was in and out in no time . Would definitely use them again.

The staff is rude. The sign on the door said on Fridays they close at 7 pm. I went there at 6:40, twenty minutes to CLOSING time. I was told they took their last patient back. The doctor was standing right there. I told them I may have the flu. Made no difference. She said they want them to leave at 7. I'm assuming "they" is the corporation.
