Polite, respectful, quick, efficent and very friendly.
Technician was great, but sales guy was rude and pushy to my grandparents, after they put down a deposit, they wouldn't let us out of the contract after we found a much better deal. Very unhappy with the after sale service. I feel like once they get your money, you are just another sucker..
Sales representative Jesse was on time. Explained in detail what to expect with the starlift and the installation. Extremely kind. Great sense of humor. The installer Damian is fantastic! Did a great job installing and cleaning up. Very friendly with my dogs. Kind and considerate. Lifeway is lucky to employ him.
Our platform lift was meticulously and professionally installed. It took most of a full day for one installer to complete the job. All necessary to insure a safe working lift. We are very pleased with this product and the installation to make entry into our home a safe one.
Hakeem did a great job serving our stairlift. He is very knowledgeable!
