Horrendously unprofessional and unethical agency. Not to mention, the administrator feels that emailing about a discrepancy with pay and the handbook takes up too much time. Thus, choosing to ignore emails filled with concern and dismay. I wouldn’t trust holding a serious conversation over the phone. Definitely need to have everything in writing and paper! I tell you that much! Also, stopped sending me facilities to work at for over 2 weeks! Enter at your own risk!

Everybody in the office is nice but the pay could use a little bit of tweaking to stay competitive with other agencies. They also don’t have very many facilities at the moment.

A nurse lied and said that I did not work my entire shift. So I did not get payed for any of the work that I actually did, which was a huge inconvenience to me and my family.

I can say, the agency has always found me work and also had my pay on time. Any problems that I had or came across, the administrative and the staff has always tried to help me and looked into the problem as needed. The 3 yrs I worked for them it has been good. No disappointments.
