I would never recommend Carmen. She is unprofessional, doesn’t follow up, return calls etc. I found out that she and husband bought a pizza shop and I had to resort to calling there to reach her. We had 3 wonderful caregivers from her for over 3 years and they were the only reason we stayed with Accessible. When I would contact her about a problem with a caregiver she would threaten that maybe it would be best to end our agreement so that we would have to keep unsatisfactory caregivers. Alison helped my family so much! We were stressed and exhausted trying to manage care for my grandmother who was suffering from dementia. Alison provided the best care for her.
