I’m a quadriplegic wheelchair user. A grant program agreed to pay for a bathroom and kitchen renovation. Accessibility Solutions won the bid uncontested. When John first came out, he was great. Get other quotes from other companies, I wish I had. John ordered a stairchair that was for a person that could walk. I’m in a wheelchair and he met me before getting the chair. The side arm rests did not move up to leave a space for me to transfer. Furthermore the chair only went to the top step where a safe transfer was not possible. When I explained these points shocked that I had to explain them as he is the accessibility expert, I was met with all kinds of excuses.
