The unit I had mice ate through all my stuff my bedding my sofa my 65 inch flat screen tv my expensive speaker mouse poop all over my stuff all my stuff it’s ruined I was extremely sick in the hospital and the person who was to pay my storage didn’t do it they gave me a one time move out fee I asked them if I could have a little extra time due to being sick in the hospital they told me no so I had to go get movers and pay off the unit while I was very sick
Excellent staff at this location in Scarborough. Kaushal was very helpful and patient with us. He explained everything is detail. He showed us several lockers and spaces so we may pick which suits our need the best. Was very happy and satisfied to be served with complete respect and patience. Definitely recommend dealing with Kaushal.
Visited your facility on 24/9/25 and was warmly greeted by Kaushal and Altaf. They were both very professional. Because of the initial experience I decided to rent a unit.
