Austin is incredible at his job, very helpful and knowledgable.
The worst place in the whole of Toronto, I'm literally still sitting outside waiting on my client, as she hired us to take some things out of her storage. Upon our arrival, he notified the client that her unit had been broken into and items stolen, no letter or email was sent out to notify her of this!!!!! Ontop of that, her unit was infested with mice feces, dead mice, and I dont even want to mention the bugs! She lost everything!!!!!!
