I had a great experience renting a storage unit at this facility. The staff member, Jeff, was very helpful and professional—he took the time to show me around, explain everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and easy. The facility is clean, well-organized, and secure. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and overall pleasant experience. Highly recommend!
Came here twice to check the unit but don’t need it right now. I must say that there is no force rental because I am not ready although the free cancellation is a very good option. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable l, no BS! The place is always clean and bright. Shoutout to Sienna and team! Excellent customer service!
