The store manager is very responsive and knowledgeable. As we are new to storage facilities, she took the time to explain everything to us.
The customer service is excellent .The driver that delivers and picks up is wonderful as well. Very easy to deal with and genuinely nice .I will be recommencing the company to anyone I know moving or needing storage. Thanks for the pleasant experience.
Jeff was very friendly and professional, gave us a walkthrough of the facility and showed us the unit before signing any paperwork. Place is very clean and well kept! Hallways are bright with a proper elevator for going to upper and lower floors. Great security as a code is required for all entry points in and out. The upgraded temper-proof locks are a plus also.
My belongings have been stored with Cubit for a long time. I have had good experiences every time I speak with someone from Cubit. I feel i can trust to take care of my things. Thank you
