Excellent customer service! Lori was friendly and professional. She was thorough when providing information regarding process and policy. Storage unit was clean and surroundings were clean. Would definitely recommend Access Storage! It's unfortunate to hear there is now an administrative fee, not a one time administrative fee, it's added to your bill every month.
I take it back this is now the second time I've come to get into my unit and its been tampered with. So I'll have to come back tomorrow to access my own possessions. Those two staff are still kind to talk to, thats it though. I understand why the people worned me about using this company now. Take my credit card off file after July 6th I will not be using your services ever again. I don't care about storage wars these are people's possessions.
Lol I apparently left a one star rating by accident, but my experience couldn't be further from that. Lori and Chris were great, the unit was huge and I had no issues. Would definitely recommend it on the future.
Lori at Access was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful when answering my questions. I would highly recommend them 👏🏼
