We had a seamless experience opening a new unit. Maylen was fantastic, answered all our questions and took the time we needed to choose our unit. Highly recommend this location on Highland Road in Kitchener.
Thanks! Easy to use and easy to work with!
It was refreshing to have a user experience that was flawless from start to finish! Easy to book. Easy to pay. Customer service answered the phone - answered - a real person speaking clearly! I wanted a larger unit and close to the door so I felt my university daughter was safe - Access accommodated. Great price. Great experience.
