Receptionist up front is very rude and not welcoming. Doesn’t seem like she has a heart. She gave me attitude as soon as I walked in with my dog and 2 kids. Told me I had to sit outside and wait to be called into a room. She isn’t sympathetic about any situation. She comes off as rough and plain. Vet is good, the assistants however can be very nice but very rude when you decide not to have your pet stay at the hospital because it’s obviously a huge amount of money.
