Think the employee was new.. I think the employee working there when I signed a lease was new. They had trouble answering my questions, but otherwise a good experience and I feel comfortable leaving my inventory here.
Will change your opinion of what a storage facility should be This is just a very wellrun business, very personal approach, friendly and helpful. It's really appreciated when you're tired from packing and moving for hours and hours. Rates aren't bad either!
Excellent company Went through a divorce recently and stored furniture and boxes here until everything was taken care of and I found a condo with enough space. Access didn't overcharge and their facility is very clean. Big plus!
Rent here! Went through the pain of signing up for an account here because these guys impressed me that much. Prices are very fair, but they do more than most storage places. It was a toss up for me between Access and a bigger name storage company, but I went here and saw the facility in person and I'm glad I picked them.
Good storage place Overall really good. Prices are a bit higher than the 2 places I checked, but ended up here because they do more. Friendly employees & close to home.
Happy Moved to NY from Ohio and I sure had to downsize. Couldn't believe I was living in a space that I would have considered a closet before! NY has its tradeoffs but it's nice to be able to hold onto my things until I have the space for them again.
Saved $ I've been storing some furniture for over a year and I ended up moving everything to Access because the other place was charging me more than I could afford. So far I'm happy. Better price & I like this facility more.
Great staff I don't know about the experience of the other reviewers but I guess things have changed? I had a great experience w/ Access, the employees helped me set up shelves and move a few things and they answered all of my questions. Got a move-in deal and I've been storing here for 4 months.
Best price in town Didn't have a lot to spend but I needed to store some furniture and boxes while I remodeled a couple rooms in my house. They had the best rates in town and I was really happy with the service & security.
