Great place to store your stuff! They have been around for a long while and I have always had a great experience. I don't have to wait for an elevator because the space are all on ground level. The cleanest place I have ever seen!
I have delt with Allison, almost every month, over the last 6 years that I have been storing with Oakland Self Storage. She is always exceptionally nice and professional. The storage facility is the best around and in my opionon, Allison is a valuable asset to this fine company.
I heard this Bozo George is bashing Allison. I rented at Oakland Storage for about a year (Lisa recommended) and Allison is great! Always willing to help and go the extra mile. This guy George probably didn't pay his bills and couldn't whine his way out of his late fees. Dead beats like George hurt everyone, pay on time and you won't have a problem buddy! Love the place, love Allison :)
We have an ongoing, very positive experience with Oakland Storage, for more than 3 years now! Everyone is happy to help and Allison is wonderful. Do to the nature of our business we are in and out of Oakland Storage quite often and highly reccommend this place to all. Dont listen to one bad apple. Great people, great place!!
The storage facility is good but, the manager they have is nasty. I have turned people away from storing goods, because of Alison! Until "they" replace her, I will have nothing good to say about that place!!!! If you want attitude, visit Alison, she will give you all you can handle!
