Access Management in Celebration ******* doesn't answer the phone or return messages left. Four individuals in my company have been trying to call to get clarification on late assessments we have received, because we never received the initial bill.

Access Management. Union Park (*****) suffers from extremely poor management, which could be considered the worst globally. The website and mobile app are fraught with issues, especially concerning payment processing. Users frequently face problems like the inability to access the 'pay fee' page and the auto-payment function failing twice in a span of six months. This company is horrible with communication and following up. The staff I have encountered are unprofessional and not proactive. I highly recommended taking your business elsewhere.

Called to get a resolution, being that we rented a guest home in Watersong Aug 12-15. One of our vehicles was towed due to the security guard inputting an incorrect tag number in their system. My family member had to pay in excess over $200 to *************(Haines City, FL)to get their vehicle because there was nothing security could do about it. They have only managed my community for a few months and it's apparent asking them questions is pointless as you simply get a nonsensical generic response or they claim you're harassing them and threaten you with legal action from the association's attorney. In my opinion, to me, they seem more like henchmen or enforcers for the board than professional CAM's. My community has had much better and much cheaper in the past. I will update this review as time goes on.

We respectfully disagree with your position. We are here to manage the association and its' affairs and are not here to answer questions that you have already posed to the board and prior management. We are focused on enhancing the community and enforcing the covenants which have not been enforced consistently in the past. We'd ask that rather than criticize everyone's efforts you join us in helping to improve the community.

Since Access Management has been our HOA management company over the past five years we have had 5 different community managers. There is no follow through or replying to emails from residents as well as our new manager as of last week made the meeting a hostile zoom call. Think before you go with this company. I have had damage to my house from landscaping company's they recommend to our board and fill out claims with our property manager and nothing this company is a joke. Our community has experienced very poor service from Access Management. I would encourage you look to other companies for HOA Management companies. Access Management also didn't respond ethically when they removed the following message from our community association website.
