I went to Access Rehab Center at 690 Main St in Southbury from Oct-Dec 2025 for neck pain. Alicja and Dillon were the 2 therapists that worked with me. Both were amazing! They were knowledgeable, professional, and caring. I came to Access Rehab with neck pain that was causing headaches and had a visible lump where my C and T spine vertebrae met. Expect your first appointment to be a waste. They will ask you a survey questions like does your injury effect yard work, house work, getting in and out of cars. You know the same one they have you fill out online. Then a couple quick measurements and kick you out the door. Don't expect any physical therapy for the first session. Then the sessions are too short only 30min. By the time they get you and warm up for 5min you are lucky to get 20min of therapy. Just being honest, I think this place is just a money grab.

I’m over 30 days out since I finished my PT. Meghan was able to help me become pain free for the first time in over 30 years. Thank you Meghan and the staff at Access Rehab in Southbury.

I had a rewarding experience at Access Rehab Center in Southbury. I received the best therapy after my back surgery. I was using a walker & with an experienced Therapist I can walk without assistance. Thank You “Joe” my therapist for helping me regain my strength & Confidence.
