I purchased my home over a year ago and have contemplated on when I should do a review. If your looking for a real estate agent who has zero integrity, rarely returns your calls and does a walk through with the builder on your behalf without your permission Jack Lewis is your man. He should have his real estate license suspended for lying like he did. Not to mention deliberately took advantage of someone with dementia after being told not to communicate with him. The company say they are there to help they don't even answer their phones and keep the doors locked during the day so people can't bother them. Moved into a new place and instead of assistance and help all I have received is problems from day one. The carpets smell of piss and because their paperwork states it was cleaned properly it is now up to us to pay someone to have them clean. We have only been here 2 weeks.
