Apparently misread my scan. Additional testing indicated a wrong diagnosis
They have used the incorrect code for me as well and are not very helpful or cooperative in getting the issue corrected.
They used the wrong diagnosis code so I'm being billed for a service that should be covered and refuse to correct it!

Over bill exorbitant fees and keep saying come back again in 6 months for another $500 bill after insurace because we see something but not sure what it is yet.
