This place is the absolute worst when it comes to responsiveness and getting your records. Today I called for the sixth time in the last two weeks and spoke with Lakin, and we won’t discuss the countless messages of me requesting my financial records to no avail. This has been going forever (3 years now to be exact). The business office is VERY unprofessional and non-responsive.
This is the best place for physical therapy I've ever encountered. Sahlea is very knowledgeable and a really nice person
I love coming here! I always feel like I’m being challenged to put in good work, my concerns and feedback are listened to, and everyone truly cares about my long term success. I was super impressed that I came in for my hip pain and Sahlee has been addressing not just the hip, but all the muscles that play a part in it that I never would have guessed. She is so incredibly knowledgeable, and I just want to soak up everything she says. Five stars, all day!
Sahlee is awesome. She listens, she cares and her goal is to make sure there is lots of improvement. I went 10 years ago and my mobility vastly improved. I'm back again for a similar ankle injury. I can't wait to feel normal again. I have faith!
