The staff at this office are extremely pleasant and make you feel very welcome. Any fears are gone and going to the dentist is actually fun!!! It is so nice when you are called by your first name and they ask about other family members.
I was able to get a timely appointment with the Dentist. All the staff that I encountered were very friendly and welcoming. The procedure was explained thoroughly by the Dentist and confirmed by a member of her staff. I was able to get back in for a follow-up visit to fit my schedule.
Had a very good experience with having a crown put on. Did not experience any problem after; even though I was warned that I could.
I had a great experience at my last visit. It was great as usual!

Every thing has ven satisfactory in the past.
I accept responsibility, however, when scheduling an annual check-up, be sure that a full year has lapsed between appointments to avoid patient having to breach insurance contract.

Thank you very much for your imput. WE do our best to gather as much information on our patients dental contracts. However, it is a 'contract' between the Insured, their Employer and the Dental Insurance Company. This "new" information is now stored in your personal file.
