NEVER BOOK YOUR KIDS HERE!! The last time my toddler saw her doc (Susana Alvarez) especially was Nov of 2024 mind you my toddler turned 2 on may 10th this year and I been trying to book appointments with them before and after she turned 2 (for her wellness check-up) SO THEY WILL BOOKED YOUR APPT BUT….CANCEL ON YOU THE DAY OF OR THE DAY BEFORE I have (10) voicemails of them calling me to cancel I try to give the benefit of the doubt but my child’s health is more important.. if I can give this medical staff a ZERO i would.

I just want to give a big thank you to Janet the benefit specialist for being so attentive and helpful with my parents. They went there to apply for the discount program and had very little information about the resources offered. She took the rome to fo over everything and explain it to them. Thank you!
I’ve been an Access patient for nearly 20 years. I have been many of their locations such as Melrose Park, Addison, and Bloomingdale. This is literally the first time ever having a poor experience. I was referred and booked an Appt with Dr. Alvarez. From the little time she was in the room (5 min at most for 2 scheduled appts) she seems like a good pediatrician. Im a person who never leave a review but today I am very upset! I had my appointment at 9:15am very concern about my appointment. When the assistant came to the room like around 10am and told me Dr Alvarez is running 20min late. I couldn’t take it anymore because she always let you wait for houuuuurs! Dr. Alvarez is the WORST Dr eveeeer! Don’t take your kids to her, and if you do pack your lunch a be mentally prepared to wait 2 hours.
