No puedo quejarme del servicio del personal médico pero las personas que atienden en frente realmente no están capacitadas para la atención al cliente principalmente a pacientes especialmente la señora Blanca, esta señora para todo tipo de ayuda al público está indispuesta, si puede cancelarte la cita te la cancela, si puede devolver al paciente lo hace .. si llegas 5 min tarde te cancela la cita cuando se dice que la cita es cancelada 15 min después de la llegada… ella cobra coopagos cada que puede y aparte de eso nunca est... read more
Luisa es una grosera le cuelga el teléfono a las personas estaba pidiendo una cita me trató súper mal ahora estoy pidiendo que elimine mis datos de esa clínica por culpa de ella y no puedo agradezco que coloquen una persona amable porque aquí nadie va sin pagar su consulta o su médico gracias Luisa
NEVER BOOK YOUR KIDS HERE!! The last time my toddler saw her doc (Susana Alvarez) especially was Nov of 2024 mind you my toddler turned 2 on may 10th this year and I been trying to book appointments with them before and after she turned 2 (for her wellness check-up) SO THEY WILL BOOKED YOUR APPT BUT….CANCEL ON YOU THE DAY OF OR THE DAY BEFORE I have (10) voicemails of them calling me to cancel I try to give the benefit of the doubt but my child’s health is more important.. if I can give this medical staff a ZERO i would.
Solo quería dejar saber que tienen un buen servicio todo el personal , especialmente Janeth Bravo trabajadora social de esta clínica es muy buena en lo que hace y sobre todo muy atenta, gracias por cuidar y ayudar a los demás con tanto corazón !!
I just want to give a big thank you to Janet the benefit specialist for being so attentive and helpful with my parents. They went there to apply for the discount program and had very little information about the resources offered. She took the rome to fo over everything and explain it to them. Thank you!
