THIS PHARMACY FREAKING ROCKS. First of all, they deliver your mediation FOR NO EXTRA COST. As a student who doesn’t have a car this is huge. Second of all, they always pick up after the first ring and they r super helpful. Sonia ( one of the Pharmacy Technicians) is so helpful, kind, makes the process so much less stressful. They really care about the patients here and that kind of specialized care is so rare to find at other pharmacy’s where your just another patient to deal with. I love their new location. They moved to a bigger space at the corner of Olympic and Westwood with plenty of parking.
Update: they did cancel the prescription order, and I got an apology for the delay in response. Original review below: I've been trying for almost two weeks to cancel an ongoing prescription, which is on autopay. I have tried leaving a voicemail message (12 days ago), and an email (12 days ago). Nobody responds. I tried calling again their main number today, and nobody picks up. It seems I have no other option than to dispute any future credit card charges. And in the meantime, this has been wasting way too much of my time f... read more
