Rude, slow, and downright disrespectful. The lab and patient intake are the worst

This hospital use your Insurance as a determining factor in whether or not they want to help you. They gave me mediocre care, called a social worker on me because my daughter was with me while I was sick in the ER. One of the doctors told me that my heart was enlarged, only to be told by that same doctor that it is fine on another visit. The nurses stand outside at their workstations and gossip about the patients, loud enough to where you can hear them.
