I went there yesterday, to see if they could do a blood test and said it is where my doctor's office had sent a requisition on my behalf. The person at the desk was so rude, and responded by shouting at me to tell me they didn't do blood tests there. She was so rude and I told her exactly how I felt about her interpersonal skils (or lack of).She lowered her voice (slightly) but continued to speak to me as if I were a child and she was trying to discipline me. The bad clinic in ottawa No one responded to my call
Dr. E .Abou-Said is so organized and kind , thank you.
I have been very lucky to only have positive and helpful interactions with the medical receptionists and the nurses. Dr Abou-Said is absolutely wonderful and genuinely seems to care for all her patients. She's wonderful with babies and toddlers, has a great memory and follows up.
Dr. Abou-Said is incompetent. She doesn't even come into the room anymore, just gets the nurse to ask questions and then the nurse brings the prescription. Is Abou-Said even a doctor? She was unaware Tylenol 3s had caffeine in them. I go to her whenever I want to prescribe myself something. I tell her oh yeah this worked in the past and she scribbles it up for me no questions asked.
