I asked if my insurance was in network and they told me yes, only to find out it wasn’t. They said the bill would be fixed once my insurance transferred into the system and instead of fixing it they turned me over to a debt collection agency. 19 year old college student going into debt collection because of a doctors offices’ lies. Don’t go here.
When you're sick drive a half hour drive arive at 3 Saturday afternoon because they close at 4, and they're closed

I got an appointment this past weekend for 3:00 and when I showed up nobody was there. No cars, doors were locked, lights off everything. Tried calling but they wouldn’t pick up.
