Staff is super friendly and I was in and out quickly. They knew that I was in terrible pain, and they took every step to make sure i was comfortable. The younger black lady in the front was very thorough and kind, and the younger black guy that was the MA was very respectful and professional. The NP was quick, and told me stuff about her plan for me, and ever since getting a shot for the pain, my back feels alot better. Thank you so much for such a great visit. Wife came in with an ear ache making her dizzy and giving her a migraine with less than an hour until closing, they saw us immediately, Dr. Came in the room in less than a minute. The nurse and Dr. both had a great attitude and great bedside manners. In and out in 30 minutes, diagnosed, ears flushed and medication sent to pharmacy. We will continue to use this Access Medical for all of our family. Thank you.
The people were very nice & took good care of me. Definitely return if I can't get into see my Dr. quickly.

Don't waste your time. Go to Mercy urgent care instead. Trying to get lab results from this place is next to impossible. Won't be back.
Do not ever go to this medical center. My 10yr old daughter was treated horribly witgout merritt. Dr had no bedside manner and the staff had no idea what they were doing. Not only did the dr act like my child was makeing up that her arm was hurt but he also acted put out that we even came in. Btw..her arm is broken and they gave her nothing for the pain . Needless to say we will NEVER be back
I liked the treatment. Took my son in. ..got in and out in no time. Used to work there before bought out. If I could still work... Yea I'd go back. And I will take my son again.
