Urology clinic has a Dr. R. Williams. My girlfriend had surgery this morning at around 10:00. 2 10 2025. She began experiencing fairly severe pain around 2 today. I spent over 2 hrs on phone just trying to reach someone. I was hung up on, told urology had no phone #. I talked with multiple customer service folks. No one would give me the hospital administrators ph #. I don't know about the rest of this hospital but I would strongly suggest to avoid, avoid and avoid Dr. Williams and the urology dept! Was directed here for additional testing after my daughter was across the street at SANE for testing after sexual assault. The SANE team was wonderful, the police officer stated that he called across to the hospital and let them know we were coming… and then the hospital didn’t know anything. We were given blank stares and had to give information is the public areas, in front of everyone waiting. Then we were made to wait for hours. Made an appt about 3 weeks ago because they were booked and I just get a call the day before telling me that the primary care needs to change before they will see my mother. Could they not have said nothing sooner, people take off of work and then they pull this just to waste my time. Don't wait until the day before someone's appt to cancel. Had I known in advance I could have done this then. An I really like this clinic, This is NOT ok. DO BETTER!!!!!!
I brought my wife to the UTHET Pittsburg ER the morning of December 26th after having fallen and hit her head on Christmas. At registration, the intake PCT-Registrar (a former co-worker with a history of animus towards me) was polite but cold towards my wife. I passed out and broke my hip October 11! The ambulance picked me up and took me to Athens to the hospital. Very painful ride!! X-ray made, prepped for surgery and Dr. Hester was there to do my surgery. Can’t believe how easy it has been!! Very little pain post surgery and Ihave healed remarkably!! If you are 91 and fall get to Athens asap and ask for Dr.Hester, he is the best and the hospital in Athens was wonderful!!
I went into labor mid-November and had a very negative experience. The nurses made a comment that I was "a screamer" after dilating 2 cm in merely 30nminute unmedicated upon first arrival after they hadn't taken me seriously. They also decided on their own might I add, to rotate my baby due to him being sunny side up. The epidural did not block those senses. My mother had to leave the room during it because she could not see me in that much pain. The only positive was how amazing my night nurses were.
It is with mixed emotions that I write a review of Portneuf Cancer Center. I have a great deal of gratitude for the doctors, nurses, and physicians assistants who have cared for me over the years, and continue to give me exceptional care and treatment fighting this terrible disease. In October 2024, I had a lumbar spinal fusion performed here and then three nights in a private room for my recovery before going home. My experience was nothing short of spectacular, and that is considering the surgeon from NSS Tulsa, the surgery team, the treatment of the nursing staff, the checking on me in the room, the physical therapy, the quality of care and cleanliness, and even the delicious Quality, healthy food choices. It is simply the best hospital experience I’ve ever had.
Total incompetence. Referred to a specialist for a common cyst that is swollen and painful. The simp wage slave NP refused to cut or aspirate. Total failure. He should be working at Walmart.
