I too would give Access Managment group a 0 star. They are the absolute worst management company. They give predatory vibes all day long. They do nothing and charge elderly people lots of money for doing nothing.
Stay away from any properties managed by this company. They do not care and will ignore anything you bring up to them, that needs to be fixed or address in the community they “manage”. This area has plenty of communities managed by much better companies. Do yourself a favor, save the headache of having your property stuck in a community managed by them as you will regret.
