For two years circular conversions on how to correct this safety concern and improve the appearance of the grounds. They keep asking for the address and it is clearly stated. And a email was sent giving the address and still, no remedy. For two years, no fix.
Access Management Group fined me $200 on 4/25/26 for a car tag with no proof it was mine. Georgia law O.C.G.A. § 44-3-223 says HOAs must hold a hearing before issuing fines. AMG did not. They held a hearing on 5/19/26 but never gave me a written decision. On 6/15/26 they emailed me asking for evidence, which proved they had none when they fined me. Since November 5, 2024, I have been trying—patiently—to get the HOA to address a very obvious trip hazard in the common area. After years of circular conversations, repeated explanations, and absolutely no meaningful action, I’m at the point where I feel completely dismissed.
