Terrible company with terrible people.
Hi to everybody, I will be writing this review on behalf of a lot of people who live in Bentley Place community in Tucker, Georgia. We would like to welcome and thank Christine Sparkman for managing our property. A lot of good things happen since she started her journey with us. One of the most important being communication. The management company has helped us so much. Everything is looking so good. The people that answer the phone are so kind. They are really helping us to increase our values in our investment taken care of painting the outside and the decks and all the issues that go with a condo. The landscaping looks so much better really really great place to live.
If you were ever thinking to use this company as a Property management company for your community be very weary. Everything on the surface may seem wonderful, but then you’re going to be blindsided by how horrible their property managers are. We had one who was the best they had, and then she got sick. Then we ended up with Brent, who is so incompetent and cannot complete a task to save his life. This is the worst company for property management. They don't return the full security deposit, and they don't inspect the properties. The tenants they placed in my home completely destroyed it, and all they say is that they're very sorry but can't do anything about it. So, what is the point of having someone represent and look after your home? It's absolutely the worst.
