the previous reviewer is correct...this inspector takes every item he inspects and gives a doomsday opinion...he is a deal killer....he is there to inspect and state it is or is not functioning...not what could or could not happen.....stay far,far away from this person....
I regret my choice of this person. I have no issue with the amount of time or detail, but the end result often made no sense or did not properly differentiate important things from trivial things. He's a deal killer.
