We switched to Access Home Care from another local agency, It has been refreshing to say the least. Katie has been very helpful with the transition and is always available to answer questions. I think that we have been with them for about 6 months now, and no complaints.
Until the owner/manager responds to my request for communication in regards to someone there using my SSN through the state of MN to steal from me, I'll be leaving the 1-star review. I understand there could be a freak occurrence and it's all an actual mistake. Attempted contact at least 10 times.
