I came in for an iron infusion and had an excellent experience thanks to Ahmad who took care of me. He was very professional, kind, and took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, including what symptoms to expect. That really helped me feel comfortable and informed. He was also very attentive, checking on me regularly throughout the infusion. The IV insertion was quick and painless, which I really appreciated. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients.
