Impossible to establish care!! Horrible billing Administrator. My mother has Medicare A&B plus expensive Supplemental plan which every provider is too happy to take. Jennifer the intake person, is completely lost. She wanted Medicare and supplemental insurance texted to her, not sure why she doesn't have a portal or email. Said it would take 10 minutes to verify. My husband is in Memory Care and needs a lot of therapy and assessments. The staff does not return calls, I do not think Dr. Lefferman ever saw my husband. Very disappointed. I feel I failed my husband by using Dr.Lefferman's services.
For the past couple of years, Dr. Lefferman and his staff took exceptional care of my mother in law! They went above and beyond to make sure she was well taken care of at all times! The staff was very knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions in a professional and timely manner. I can’t thank Dr. Lefferman and his staff enough and I am so grateful that we found him!
