We held a blood drive today and everyone was so nice. They really show care for their staff and were very involved with the drive and our mobile staff. Thank you so much for having us there today. I hope we see you all again soon.
Doctor was “highly distressed” about not having access to MUSC/ outpatient imaging records. When I offered to email him an study or other outpatient result, he became irate that patients “had more access to their records than doctors”. Needless to say it’s not worth paying $225 a month to be a patient there when the doctor cares more about the ease of his access to records than your care. If you don't take insurance, the burden of responsibility is on you to make sure its in an obvious place, not just have it burried down at the bottom of the page. It's a waste of time for someone who is sick to come all the way there just to find out they have to pay $250 +/- out of pocket on the off chance your insurance will reimburse you. Your services may be great but the threshold for entry is less than professional. It almost feels predatory.
This was the nicest, cleanest, and most welcoming urgent care I have ever been to. We brought our son while in Charleston for a few weeks and they were so great. We got in immediately, and the NP took her time and we never felt rushed. The office is beautiful and the staff were awesome. Every urgent care/doctors office should feel this way. I never write reviews but had to!!
Amazing care and follow up- CNP Christina is all about the whole patient! Above and beyond on Super Bowl Sunday, much appreciated!
