Great Experience all through!
Absolutely do NOT recommend. I was a patient here and I cannot believe how the receptionists talk to their patients. I’ve cancelled two appointments. The first one I cancelled for personal reasons. They called and messaged me 10+ times to get it rescheduled even after I had told them I’d reach out when I was ready. They still continued to hound me when I eventually gave up and scheduled an appointment. They tell me I’d only have to pay $60 for my copay each visit. Yeah, that was wrong. Access Health Dental on Sunset is one of the best places for dental work, very kind and efficient people working behind the desk, Dr. was awesome explained everything, dental hygienist did a good job without hurting me, I was very impressed make you feel comfortable, very pleasant and explained what he was doing so I won’t get nervous. Over all a very good experience.
