Very unprofessional staff but great Doctor
Dr Arieta is a good dr and I have no complaints with her. The staff is another issue. Referral requests take forever and when you call they don’t give you the correct information. Terrible care and wait time from the staff for authorizations. I don’t think Dr A knows what’s going on in her office. She seems to care about her patients. Unfortunately they fall thru the cracks the minute they leave the office. It’s a full time job staying on top of them and making sure they do what they are supposed to do. It’s maddening. What a great doctor Michelle Arritea and her staff is the very professional very nicely staff very compassion about their patients they take their time in the room going over each diagnosis very very good doctor and staff I wouldn't trade them in for the world it's my mother who is a new patient there 500 Stars
