This is the absolutely worst practice. I have been trying to reach Dr Ameen for two weeks and have not gotten a return phone call from him or a representative. I have been waiting for a referral for PT from someone by the name of Audrey who has stated I have to go where she says I have to go even though my insurance company has approved me to go where I want to.
