This is the absolutely worst practice. I have been trying to reach Dr Ameen for two weeks and have not gotten a return phone call from him or a representative. I have been waiting for a referral for PT from someone by the name of Audrey who has stated I have to go where she says I have to go even though my insurance company has approved me to go where I want to. Wonderful group of professionals and office staff. Really care about their patients. Took me very quickly. I would highly recommend this health care provider.
I have had the absolute worst experience with this office since New Year’s Eve. I have called multiple times, spoken with several different people and have requested to speak with management for almost 2 months only to get no response. Yesterday I spent a combined 47 minutes on hold and then was told the office manager was in a meeting and would have to call me back.
