We've been going to Dr. Diaz for years now. This is the primary care doctor that you want. He listens to your concerns and interacts with you explaining even the most difficult of situations. He's like having every specialist in one but refers you to the appropriate specialist when necessary. We don't feel rushed, and his demeanor is always calm and pleasant. Dr. Laman has been the primary physician for both my husband and I for about 9 years. She is without a doubt the best we have ever had, bar none! She is extremely knowledgeable, informative and kind. She really does care about her patients. My husband went through a serious illness before he passed last year. Dr. Laman stayed in constant contact with the specialists caring for him to coordinate his care. Today I went to see Dr Laman to receive injection in both my shoulder, they have issues. I was very nervous about having the procedure done(not a big fan of injections in my joints). The nurse set everything up, Dr filled the syringe dosage up, she numbed each shoulder and was done before I knew it. She was amazing, no pain. Highly recommend her for what needs addressed.

Dr. Fana and his Nurse Practitioner are great. His operational staff are the worst. The phone just rings and rings and rings without them picking up. Their billing is the very worst. From day 1, I showed my insurance to them. They knew that some lab work was not covered by my insurance. 4 times they used the lab work not covered. It does no good to inform them of your insurance status. The proceed with no regard for your insurance status. I am pretty sure I will have to get another doctor. Dr Laman’s office is extremely helpful & friendly, I couldn’t be more proud to have this office as my primary care Dr. The walk in is always a plus to just be able to walk in anytime between 8-5. This office is overall the best!!!.

I love Doctor Laman and all of her staff. The nurse practitioners and physician assistances are all amazing. My authorizations are always done and on time. Kaylee is extremely helpful with any questions I have about the referral process. The phones are not as good as they use to be but melisa and Michelle are always helpful and friendly, as usual. The walk in is super duper convenient and mark is always a pleasure.

Absolutely terrible doctor. Never explained anything to me. Abfib for two years and did not put me on a blood thinner. I felt like I was more of an annoyance rather than a patient. Waited for 2 hours to see him - he came in, didn't say hello, listened to my heart (maybe 30 seconds) and left. Of course he got his $220 dollars from my insurance company. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
