The people in the office were very nice and very professional. Did a nice job.
My husband and I have been patients of Drs. Jude & Nadja For about 2 years I joined their practice because of the convenience of their location but I have stayed because of the quality of care I receive and their wonderful "bedside manner". Extremely punctual facility. All staff are friendly, cordial, and professional. Establishment is very clean. Brother and sister make a great team, as do all the staff. I highly recommend this establishment. !!
This doctors office staff lacks organization and communication. I sent my paperwork by mail. I could not pick it up as my driving foot is the one that needs attention ..like ASAP. They said they never received it. So they asked me if I was willing to fill the paperwork out again and mail it out to them a second time. So of course ...I have no choice ...I am hurting , I can not walk to do simple things as to cook me a meal or get to the restroom.So I called my primary & told them what had transpired.
