I have had a condition my entire life. Went into Dr pulsiphers off ice for the first time 7yrs ago told him my symptoms and he told me exactly what I had .sent me to a specialist to confirm and I have been a new person! Love this man. Have seen several doctors over the years and no one could figure it out. I do have to say current office workers in his new location not very pleasant.
I have been a patient of Dr. Herndon for a number of years. I appreciate having a healthcare provider that is a D.O. The office staff and technicians have always been professional. The follow-up to phone call messages are ususally returned and resolved in a timely manner. The nurse practitionors have also been knowledgeable and responsive. Dr Herndon is very informative and understanding. He takes his time and is very thorough. His Medical expertise and experience are superb. I'm very glad I found him and plan on him being my Doc for many years to come.
Dr Herndon is a caring, attentive professional who I have been seeing for over seven years. He actually listens to what I have to say & responds in layman's terms that I can understand. I never feel rushed & always feel like I have his undivided attention. He immediately addresses any medical issues of which I've had a few. His office staff is amazing & always responds to calls.
It took me a while to find a doctor that made me feel comfortable and welcome! Dr. Joseph as well as his staff are awesome, they listen and give the best advice.
