Could care less about patients no F’s to give about them nor care.
Dr Laman’s office is extremely helpful & friendly, I couldn’t be more proud to have this office as my primary care Dr. The walk in is always a plus to just be able to walk in anytime between 8-5. This office is overall the best!!!.
I love Doctor Laman and all of her staff. The nurse practitioners and physician assistances are all amazing. My authorizations are always done and on time. Kaylee is extremely helpful with any questions I have about the referral process. The phones are not as good as they use to be but melisa and Michelle are always helpful and friendly, as usual. The walk in is super duper convenient and mark is always a pleasure.
Absolutely terrible doctor. Never explained anything to me. Abfib for two years and did not put me on a blood thinner. I felt like I was more of an annoyance rather than a patient. Waited for 2 hours to see him - he came in, didn't say hello, listened to my heart (maybe 30 seconds) and left. Of course he got his $220 dollars from my insurance company. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Attenuative, always helpful. She makes me feel at home and comfortable.
Dr Herndon ia a very good Doctor and explains everything in detail. Its the office staff that ive been having problems with at not returning phone calls. Also now Ingenio specialty pharmacy has left 2 messages for a ICD - 10 code for me and they have not returned there calls. Unexceptable as it. concerns me getting help for my Meds. Michael C Johnson
Dr. Laman is on top of things, attentive and extremely knowledgeable! I would highly recommend her! She truly cares about her patients!
In seven months as a patient I have never seen Dr. Laman. Of seven referrals sent to that office, I had to call or visit them to find out what was holding them up. I am advising any potential patients to that office to run away. Don’t walk, run
My mother was admitted to Oak Hill Hospital with a UTI and dehydration. While the doctor’s name on her chart was someone else, the only doctor I ever saw after spending 11+ hours a day there was was Dr. Amarchand. He offered no information to our family. I asked about her diagnosis the 2nd day she was there and he said that he would have to look at her chart and never came back. A few days later he came in again.
