I highly recommend because I have had major ankle pain after multiple sprains and a chipped bone. I saw multiple athletic trainers to try and strengthen my ankle but was still having severe pain. I decided to give Access Group Physical Therapy a try because what's the worst that can happen? I had the best results! I only had 2 weeks before I had to go back to school out of state and Beth worked hard to get me to a place where I can do exercises on my own. I have had significantly less pain and now I am back playing basketbal... read more
