We called to get service on our garage door opener and they were very helpful. Quick response, friendly on the phone and followed up as they said they would. Todd was the service technician that came to our house. He was very polite, solved our issue quickly and checked to make sure everything else was working properly. Access installed a door on our garage that had never had one so it was no easy installation. The guys arrived right on time and did a really fantastic job. The young men were so polite and efficient. We love having a real garage door now. It's beautiful and so quiet!
