Good place
Very Slow. The Nurse Practitioner won’t get you anywhere. I went in for labored breathing and Susan the Regustered Nurse told me to inhale very deep a few more times because if my O2 is too low she’d have to do the paper work and she didn’t want to do the paperwork because it was on a Friday and then tried backtrack out of what she said. I left and went to the ER. Don’t waste your time. The receptionist was good!
Angela is amazing with my kids since day one. My oldest has had traumatic experiences with some nurses (in Arkansas) that created fear of Doctors, Angela took the time to make him feel comfortable and interacted with him explaining what she was going to do. She also helps me by dumbing down her examination.
I am very displeased with the staff at this facility. The Nurse Practioner. Angie, repeatedly forgot about the referrals for my children, and one of my children had a heart problem. I called the office for weeks in regards to my children, and got the run around every time. Finally, I had had enough, so I went back to the Joplin office. From there I was able to speak to the Office Supervisor, but it didn't help much. I have been going to this location since I moved to Missouri. Lots changed often and I only stayed because of Lindsay the RN. She is now gone and my family will be too! I’ve been waiting one t a month for a referral. Every time I ask for an update I’ve been told by the receptionist Rachel that they are working on it. The last time I was told they never did it because they were waiting on a follow up appointment. Another lie. There is no friendly faces no customer concern or priority given. Just a complete circus!
