Excellent service, the receptionists are very friendly and very attentive. I am happy with the service.
I didn't initially intend to write this review, but I had a conversation with a nurse at the Rogers Park branch earlier today that stuck with me. The Rogers Park branch is so much nicer than the Evanston branch. When I used to go to Evanston, there were a few girls that avoided eye contact and basically just talked to each other about their dating life. They looked almost annoyed to see patients there. Worse experience with Dr.Lisa, she does not have good behavior with her patients.She knows nothing about medical ethics and insults his patients. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone.
Tbh I wouldn’t even put a star if I didn’t have to. DO NOT GO HERE!! So many problems!! For one, they never answer the phone. And they take forever to respond to u on mychart. I’m talking weeks without communication on their end. Second, the OBGYN Dr. Oldham specifically, is sooooo rude and unprofessional!! I’m 23 and have issues with confrontation but this lady has said some awful things to me, that had NOTHING to do with gynecology. I went to her for my BC injection and the appointment that was supposed to be 15-20 minutes... read more
