Horrible experience wait time over 3 hrs with an appointment and still was not called, ended up leaving.
They will take care of you and help you but the wait time will be very very long. It took 3 and a half hours from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Some of the front desk staff are a little rude too but the nurse and the NP were nice.
I love access Esperanza I come here every year for my annual exam and they make me feel so comfortable! Highly recommend!
The wait time is lowkey horrible the staff if very friendly and helpful. If you wanna been seen semi quickly within 2 hrs make an appointment 1 or 2 hrs before closing.
The care you get once you’re in is great but to be waiting over 3 hours is horrible. Had an appointment at 1:30, got here early by 12:45. It’s almost 4. My last appointment I was here around 4 hours, I figured it was a low staff because it was a Saturday. Make sure you bring a lot of snacks, water and something to keep you entertained.
